DBSI Unifies to Strengthen Brand Presence in Real Estate Marketplace

DBSI Group of Companies has restructured and most affiliates of the firm have become wholly owned subsidiaries of the company, which is now operated and re-branded solely as DBSI. This unification effort provides DBSI with a simplified structure and more powerful national branding process.

Under the restructuring, DDRS LLC and DBSI Development LLC affiliates will become wholly owned subsidiaries of DBSI, but will continue to operate as they have in the past. All announcements and marketing material previously associated with DBSI Housing, DDRS or DBSI Development is now re-branded as DBSI.
